AFRC Services, Inc. is a non -profit 501(c)3 organization that provides behavioral healthcare. AFRC Services provides a continuum of behavioral healthcare services across five counties of Central Florida: Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Brevard, and part of Polk County.
AFRC Services’ main office is in Kissimmee with a branch in Brevard County that provides services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Using creative resourceful treatment and methods approaches AFRC offers individuals and families the opportunity to “Enjoy a Happier “to healthier independent lives.
Our goal is to be able to offer our mental health services free to the community.

About Us
AFRC Services is a leading non-profit behavioral health organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of individuals and families by compassionately serving their mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, behavioral education, and all community support needs. Funded in 2022, AFRC Services, Inc. serves the Central Florida individuals and Families to the growth and improvement of the community and will continue to find creative ways and solutions to those who are in need.

OUR TEAM
We Are Qualified Professionals Who Offer A Comprehensive Team Approach To Mental Health.
BA in Legal Studies & MS in Criminal Justice in Behavioral Science from Nova Southeastern University. She has worked as Domestic Violence Advocate, Victim/Witness Liaison (Osceola State Attorney’s Office) and Lead Case Manager (Council on Aging). As CEO, she have established many partnerships with agencies, networks & communities within the Osceola/Orange Counties since 2004.

Director of Human Resources and Credentialing for AFRC. President of JJ Professional Services of Central Florida. He is a senior healthcare management professional with over 30 years of leadership experience in acute care hospitals, multi hospital health systems, home health agencies, community mental health services & dialysis operations management in Florida & Puerto Rico
José J. Cora
Director, HR AFRC Services, Inc.
Bachelor in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. MS. Vilar is licensed by the State of Florida as Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She has over 25 years of experience as mental health service provider and also leading, managing and working within a wide range of social service and behavioral health programs for large, multi-program, non-profit and private sector entities.
Inés T. Vilar
Clinical Director
Master in Social Work (MSW). She has vast experience working with mentally ill clients, multicultural backgrounds and complex and highly sensitive cases. Supervised and train Bachelor and Master level clinicians. Has supervised Psychosocial Rehabilitation Programs for over 25 years and has developed a therapeutic curriculum for AFRC ‘s Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program.
